The Butterfly
When society feels that it is important to remove a twist-cap from a wine bottle by using a tool to simulate cork-removal... then they shouldn't be drinking wine.
For the past few years, my wife and I have been enjoying the wonderful taste of wines that Virginia has to offer.
We're located in Roanoke, Virginia, so we're just about central to the wine regions of Virginia, North Carolina, and Tennessee.
Our collection has been growing, so I've decided to write about the different wines we come across. Not only on tastings, but travels, news, festivals, and anything else in between will be shared.
